BE KIND:
This means: no insults, swear words or hostile actions. The opinions and views of other participants should be respected in of a friendly and fair manner.
BE CONSTRUCTIVE: 
Feel free to state your opinion. However, it always should be either positive criticism or constructive suggestions for improvement.
DO NOT DERAIL:
Stay on topic. In each modul and chat, a very specific issue is covered. In order to find an answer together, we all need to be talking about the same thing.
ADD MEANINGSFUL CONTRIBUTIONS: 
Your comments should develop a suggestion or enrich the content of it. The best possible results can be achieved if and when your thoughts and ideas grow together.
HAVE RESPECT:
Take up the ideas of others and develop them further. Make new and unique contributions and always bring in your own share of creativity. That also means, to take care not to upload photos that are copyrighted or infringe rights of third parties.

Our platform thrives from new ideas, constructive comments, but also from critical opinions. All contributions are welcome, as long as certain rules are observed.
In particular, the following contents are not tolerated: 
Violating contributions and comments or those with racist, discriminatory, sexist, pornographic, violence-glorifying, hate-stimulating, misleading or other illegal contents, not youthful or offensive remarks, personal Attacks, spam, personals, advertising and other commercial content. Activities that interfere with the proper functioning of the platform, as well as uploading documents that contain harmful viruses or the like. We ask you to report contributions that do not comply with the above rules and reserve the right to remove such contributions without giving reasons. As a user you agree with the present rules. Further regulations can be found in the general terms and conditions and the data protection declaration.

We reserve the right to delete comments that are not conducive to an objective discussion or do not relate to the respective contribution. If you have any problems with other community members, please contact [email protected]

MUST LEARN participants are requested to respect the following rules:

I will not share my access to AI+MUNICH OpenLearning with another person.
I will work on weekly assignments and exams on my own without the help of another person.
I will not publish course materials, made available through AI+MUNICH OpenLearning in any way on other sites.
I will not make available solutions to weekly assignments and exams in any way.
I will respect all chat forum rules.

Additional rules for peer-graded assignments:
I will work on the peer-graded assignment on my own without the help of another person.
I will only work with the help of another person during the Team Peer Assessment when I am assigned to a team and where collaborative work is specifically requested.
I will give feedback in a respectful, friendly and factual manner.
I will not share my work with other students before the peer assessment results are published.
I will not make the work of my peers available to others in any way.

The following will not be tolerated:
Plagiarism: Stealing other people’s work by copying complete or large parts of existing work and presenting it as your own work will be considered plagiarism and can lead to you receiving no credits.
Inappropriate behaviour: If the student submits work which contains inappropriate content, this can lead to the student receiving no cridets. This applies to assignment submissions as well as written reviews. Deliberate provocation, mockery, racism, mature content/language, spam and similar content will be considered inappropriate and will be dealt with accordingly.
False accusations: During the peer assessment process, you will be able to report severe cases of violations against the code of honor. The intention of these reports is to ensure a trustful and respectful community and to provide a safe and enjoyable learning experience for you and your peers. We take claims seriously and review them carefully. If you make a false accusation, it can lead to downgrading of your assignment.
Multiple and severe violations of the code of honor can lead to the AI+MUNICH team taking further action, including exclusion from the platform and taking part in peer assessments.
